Roofing – Replacement of Roofs

●Jim Murray Roofing’s recent inspection of the roofs revealed that the roofs of 16 out of 29 buildings are rated poor and the roofs of 13 buildings are rated as fair.

●The board indicated that the roofs of 16 of the buildings needed to be replaced.

●The board emphasized that the roofs are 35 years old and with harder rains are more susceptible to leaks.

 ●3 roofing bids will be solicited.

●According to the board, the reserves projection for roof replacement in 2040 would cost 2.4 million dollars.

●The board provided no answers on how it would fund the replacement of roofs for 16 buildings.
