January Board Meeting
General Session Meeting: January 21, 2025 6:00 PM
According to the calendar on the Sevilla Homeowners Association’s Board Portal through Appfolio, the next board meeting is on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 6:00 PM. Remember that the Association’s board meetings are now being held only through Zoom. The link to the Zoom meeting is noticed on the monthly agenda which is only posted on the Sevilla HOA Board Portal four (4) days prior to the meeting date. No longer are meeting agendas posted at the bulletin board kiosk at the pool.
According to Civil Code 4920(c) Notice can be given by general delivery through the following methods:
- Billing Statement
- Electronic means such as Email, facsimile, or some other method if the member has consented, in writing, to that delivery method.
- Newsletter
- Posting in a Prominent Location. Notices may be posted in a prominent location such as the community pool bulletin board provided it is designated in the annual policy statement.
- Website. Notices can be placed on a website if it is designated in its annual policy statement.
Members have the right to request that all notices be sent directly to their personal emails. This would include all agendas and other notices that the board would generally post at the pool in previous years. This can be accomplished by submitting the request in writing.
