3rd Tuesday of the Month and No Board Meeting
Why isn’t there a meeting tonight? It is the 3rd Tuesday of the month. How would a Sevilla Homeowner know whether or not there is a meeting tonight? It wasn’t too long ago that the Board President indicated that the Association was going back to the 3rd Tuesday of the month because that was the tradition. When I was on the Board of Directors for 6 years we always had a meeting on Tuesdays, never changed. If a board director was out of town, many times they would call in and participate telephonically. Two years ago after attending my mother’s burial, I attended the meeting telephonically from the Jersey Shore. During the past year board meetings were on Tuesdays, then Thursdays, then back again to Tuesdays. Again, there is a deviation from the 3rd Tuesday of the month. No explanation. No Communication. Homeowners deserve better.
